Run away from anxiety: Exercise and physical activity releases endorphins in the blood which makes you feel pumped and good about yourself and your life in general. Take half an hour in the day to go for a run or a brisk walk and get the blood pumping to your heart. It will improve your mental health and will reduce your stress levels and anxiety levels.
Eat your anxiety away: Healthy food leads to healthy mind is not just a saying but a fact. Eating right and eating at the right time makes a lot of difference to our mental health. Seek external help, be it your psychologist, your psychiatrist , your best friend or your partner. Talk about your emotions and feelings to them. Express your worries and concerns. Seek advice from them. Seek reassurance from an external entity when you feel down. It will help you regain your composure.
